Fine tuning the off dry Sauvignon style initiated in 2021, White Smoke fermented slowly for 16 months in a Francois hogshead to reach an ideal sweetness / acidity balance to propose a fragrant and lively wine. Unfined and unfiltered, a quickly dissipating natural fizz has been preserved to protect freshness. A Sauvignon widening the horizon of food pairing towards spicier cuisines.
