Following along the lines of vintage 2019 this Sauvignon certainly leans towards a France Loire Valley style of riper and mineral wine.
High maturity berries were carefully basket pressed into a stainless steel tank (60%) and a second fill Francois French barrel (40%) for wild yeasts alcoholic /malo-lactic fermentations and maturation on full lees. White smoke 2020 is intense, packed with flavours, rewarding ample breathing in order to unfold.
