Leg epitomises the energetic character of 2023 wines. Fermented in a seasoned Dominique Laurent 500L puncheon, a fresh as well as seasoned Stockinger hogsheads, this wine offers a subtle, honed blend of cassia and white pepper scents leading to ripe peach notes and a long salivating floral finish.
