A Chardonnay full of character from a beautifully farmed vineyard in Sidmouth. Fermented in a seasoned Dominique Laurent 500L puncheon and a fresh Francois barrel. Two winters maturation were required for this wine to reach a balance, finally delivering a vine flower and fresh almond scent profile.
