A new addition, this Tamar Pinot Gris is making a remarked entrance in Mobbile cellar. A small batch of lovely fruits in perfect condition, carefully pressed into a single seasoned Francois barrel. It took 9 months for wild yeasts to process sugars, just in time for manual bottling. An ideal balance of ripeness and freshness with beautiful fruits and a caressing texture, Jinkoh is equally at ease sipped on its own or, of course, during a meal.
