Beautiful Pinot Gris picked in early April at full maturity. Basket pressed into a second fill Francois 500L puncheon and finished in tank, it is a twin of the 2021 vintage. Slightly drier, with a slender build, Jinkoh once again delivers deep, fragrant, yet vibrant fruits in a balancing act reminding us of its “Pinot” lineage.
