A great looking batch opening 2021 picking season in early April. Carefully pressed into a fresh Francois 500L puncheon and finished in tank, slow fermentations which left a small handful of residual sugar, memory of the shining sun, that suits Pinot Gris so well. A wine of spherical proportions kept in spinning balance by the Tamar fresh acidity, ideal partner of intense cuisine and reflective moments. Jinkoh with Alsatian vibes.
