Departing from Intero’s traditional whole bunch Pinot, the wine started its journey as a long cold maceration of destemmed Coal River berries slowly followed by fermentation with daily gentle cap hydration. After a few months in seasoned barrels and a dollop of stemmy Tamar juice, Kaarma makes its debut in a casual, fragrant and salivating way, perilously difficult to stop quaffing.
