The warm and dry growing season gave us a Pinot Noir of unusual wide proportions. Wild yeasts cruised through the whole bunch ferment resulting in a deep coloured and concentrated, plush yet composed wine. Patiently matured in seasoned Francois and Taransaud vessels of various sizes, the wine also benefits from a fresh Laurent’s Magic Cask magnifying its natural suavity. Cellaring shall reveal Intero’s multi layered nuances.
