Blending, for the first time, fruits from the Tamar and Coal River, Intero is a finely interwoven wine. Full bunches fermented, patiently aged over two winters in an assortment of fresh and mostly seasoned Stockinger, Francois and Taransaud casks of various sizes. It evokes a slow infusion of Pinot with vibrant fruits, hints of Turkish tobacco and Azeri rose notes. A lively, salivating palate keeps one’s taste buds alert for the next sip.
