Mobbile fourth Pinot Noir iteration delivers another facet of the mischievous grape. Fermented with all stems as usual, the wine hid itself for 15 months in a seasoned Taransaud puncheon, refusing to engage beyond a wall of crushed red fruits. End to sulking eventually coincided with a new spring, revealing complex floral notes, subtle savory fruits and finely coated tannins structuring a salivating mouthfeel.
