The second chapter in the quest for the elusive Tasmanian Pinot Noir spirit, this time moving to the Tamar. 100% whole bunches ferment with gentle daily foot stomping aged in a fresh Taransaud 500L puncheon. Flirting with the boundaries of volatility, the wine presents fragrant small red savoury fruits laced with superfine tannins.
