The return of Edging, from a long established Cabernet plot bordered by bushland and olive grove. Season was dry, sunny and we picked very ripe fruits, which fermented with 60% whole bunches, filling a fresh Stockinger and seasoned Francois barrels. Along the lines of 2019, this vintage is concentrated and intense in its red fruit expression, the fermentation with stems bringing a balancing fluidity to our palates. Cellaring should benefit this baroque wine.
