Once again, we were among the very last ones picking in the area. Vine leaves on the ground, a beautiful small crop of healthy fruit, pickers and winemaker happy. Fermented including 40% whole bunches with daily gentle stomping, aged in seasoned Francois and Saury barrels, the wine presents a bouquet of ripe currant and forest, a fresh concentrated palate with discreet tannins.
Could the Tamar and Loire rivers be flowing in the same direction ?
